The oil dispenses through a tiny hole in the middle by squeezing the bottle and you brush your pan. It’s easy to wash (since it can withstand 200° C = 392° F, this is dishwasher safe). But, the main problem is that there is no lid. So when you are not using it, you need some sort of container to keep the dust from collecting. (And it must be set up-right otherwise the oil will leak out)
